"I'm very excited about Strata's new Render to Layers technology. The flexibility this adds to the Photoshop artist is incredible. Look for tutorials on using this great new feature on PhotoshopCafe.com soon. The live linking to a psd file for 3D textures and Foto 3D's ability to create 3D models from digital photos are also incredible features. These are great releases."

With Strata 3D CX you can link a layered Photoshop .psd file to the surface of a 3D object. Paint on the bump layer, reflection layer, color layer - you name it - and when you save the Photoshop file the 3D surface updates automatically.

From the new History tab in the Status palette, to the palette docking feature, to the way tools work and even the handles on selected objects, Strata 3D CX will be a familiar tool right from the start. In addition to the user interface, file compatibility with Adobe tools extends to .psd, .ai, .eps, .fla and .pdf.
