Using The Project Window

The Project window contains a lot of information and editable fields. There are several features of the window itself that can help you manage your project efficiently.

To summon the window, use its hotkey "p." If you hit "p" again, the Project window will collapse by hiding the object list and the individual timelines. This configuration saves space while giving you access to all of the animation controls.

This window contains the standard controls found on all desktop windows. You can size and position the Project window any way you like. The resize control works both horizontally and vertically. Notice there are two separate scroll bars at the bottom of the window. You can scroll horizontally through each section separately.

You can resize the object list column by grabbing its right border and dragging to the right. This allows you to see all of the entries in the list when you are working with several levels of shapes or groups. When you select an object of any kind in the Modeling window, it automatically becomes selected, and also scrolls to become visible in the Project window.
