The View Management tools allow you to control how your model appears in the Modeling window. These tools do not affect the objects in any way; they only change how the objects are viewed.
These tools are located in the upper left section of the tool palette. This grouping consists of the View Move tool, the View Rotate tool, and the View Zoom tool. Each view can be rotated or moved independently.
