It’s finally here – our fully 64-bit version of Design 3D CX for Mac
We’ve rebuilt the foundation of the app from the ground up to provide a modern platform for Design 3D going into the future. This new version is not only fully 64-bit, but it also runs on all of the latest Apple hardware, including the M1 and M2 chip based machines.
Design 3D CX x64 is available as both a subscription and a standard perpetual license.

In addition to OpenGL, Design 3D CX now supports Apple’s Metal interactive model rendering. Metal goes beyond what OpenGL offers with super fast model rendering that takes maximum advantage of your Mac’s hardware. Wireframe is clean and precise. Huge models can be navigated with speeds not seen before. Metal will be your new go-to model view rendering.
