This tutorial UV maps a metal nut type object. This is a follow-up tutorial to the modeling of this object.
Quick question, what is the best way to unwrap a basic cup (like a paper soda cup the is slight tapered at the bottom)? I usually use cylindrical mapping but the edges of the texture map don’t always line up correctly. I would normally mark edges for cut in “Wings” and unwrap it, do I do the same here?
