Creating a food package

This is a tutorial on how to model a type of packaging used for food. It's a pouch type of object. This tutorial was recorded as a result of a question by a user. You'll hear me refer to this user during the recording. While you can do this in 6.0, it is optimized for the 6.1 update as it uses UV mapping on subdivided objects.

Controlling your light intensity through material parameters

Here are two videos which show how to control the lighting in a scene by adjusting several material channels. The diffuse and ambient amount channels govern how much light is absorbed or reflected back to the viewer. These videos show how to use them.
